...A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 430 PM CDT
FOR SOUTHEASTERN WOODS...SOUTHERN ALFALFA...SOUTHWESTERN GRANT...
NORTHWESTERN GARFIELD AND EASTERN MAJOR COUNTIES...

At 354 PM CDT, a severe thunderstorm was located 5 miles northwest 
of Ringwood, moving northeast at 60 mph.  A 76 mph wind gusts was 
reported at Fairview.  

THIS IS A DESTRUCTIVE STORM FOR Helena

HAZARD...80 mph wind gusts and quarter size hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without 
         shelter. Mobile homes will be heavily damaged. Expect 
         considerable damage to roofs, windows, and vehicles. 
         Extensive tree damage and power outages are likely.

Locations impacted include...
Fairview, Helena, Lahoma, Ringwood, Carmen, Cleo Springs, Goltry,
Meno, Jet, Aline, Hillsdale, Carrier, Orienta, Isabella, and
southwestern Great Salt Plains Lake.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A tornado watch remains in effect for the warned area. Tornadoes can
develop quickly from severe thunderstorms.

For your protection move to an interior room on the lowest floor of a
building.
