...TORNADO WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 615 PM CST FOR 
SOUTHEASTERN MCCURTAIN, NORTHWESTERN BOWIE AND EAST CENTRAL RED 
RIVER COUNTIES...

At 554 PM CST, a severe thunderstorm capable of producing a tornado 
was located 10 miles northwest of De Kalb, or 14 miles northeast of 
Boxelder, moving northeast at 40 mph.

HAZARD...Tornado.

SOURCE...Radar indicated rotation.

IMPACT...Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without
         shelter. Mobile homes will be damaged or destroyed.
         Damage to roofs, windows and vehicles will occur. Tree
         damage is likely.

Locations impacted include...
  Idabel, Avery, Annona, Harris, Goodlake, Beaverdams, English and 
  Tom.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Move to an interior room on the lowest floor of a well-built 
building away from windows. If you are outdoors, in a mobile home, 
or in a vehicle, move to the closest substantial shelter and protect 
yourself from flying debris.

Tornadoes are difficult to observe at night. Take cover now!

Torrential rainfall is also occurring with this storm and may lead 
to flash flooding. Do not drive your vehicle through flooded 
roadways.
