* Special Marine Warning for...
  Pamlico and Pungo Rivers...

* Until 100 AM EST.

* At 1102 PM EST, a strong cold front was located east of the I-95 
  corridor or extending from 34 nm northwest of Blounts Bay to 41 nm 
  northwest of Bath to 46 nm northwest of The Vicinity Of Trent 
  River, moving southeast at 35 knots. A drastic wind shift to the 
  northwest will accompany the front.

  HAZARD...Wind gusts to nearly 50 knots.

  SOURCE...Radar.

  IMPACT...Small craft could be damaged in briefly higher winds and 
           suddenly higher waves.

* Locations impacted include...
  The Vicinity Of Slades Creek, The Vicinity Of Belhaven, Crabtree
  Bay, Bath, Blounts Bay, The Vicinity Of Bath Creek, Mid Point Of
  South Creek, and The Vicinity Of Pamlico Beach.
