* Special Marine Warning for...
  Neuse and Bay Rivers...
  S of Cape Lookout NC to Surf City NC out to 20 nm...

* Until 200 AM EST.

* At 1201 AM EST, a cold front was located along a line extending 
  from 22 nm west of The Vicinity Of Trent River to 23 nm northwest 
  of The Vicinity Of Highway 24-17 Bridge to 29 nm northwest of 
  Topsail Beach, moving southeast at 30 knots.

  HAZARD...Wind gusts 34 knots or greater.

  SOURCE...Land based observations. This cold front has a history of 
           producing wind gusts to 35 knots as it has moved through 
           inland areas of central and eastern North Carolina.

  IMPACT...Small craft could be damaged in briefly higher winds and 
           suddenly higher waves.

  Salter Path, Ar342, Ar320, Ar345, Cape Lookout Bight, Ar330, The
  Morehead City-Atlantic Beach Bridge, Atlantic Beach, The Center Of

  Isle Bridge, Beaufort, The Knuckle Buoy, Emerald Isle, and Big Ten
  Fathom.
