  from near Oregon Inlet to near The Center Of The Pamlico Sound to 
  near The Vicinity Of Hancock Creek, moving southeast at 30 knots.

  HAZARD...Wind gusts to 40 knots.

  SOURCE...Marine Observations. This front has a history of 
           producing wind gusts in excess of 35 knots.

  IMPACT...Small craft could be damaged in briefly higher winds and 
           suddenly higher waves.
