* Special Marine Warning for...
  Waters from South Santee River to Edisto Beach out 40 NM...
  Charleston Harbor...
  Waters from Edisto Beach SC to Savannah GA extending from 20 to 40 
  NM...

* Until 830 AM EDT.

* At 630 AM EDT, a severe thunderstorm capable of producing 
  waterspouts was located near Joe Shuford Reef, moving north at 50 
  knots.

  HAZARD...Waterspouts and wind gusts to nearly 50 knots.

  SOURCE...Radar indicated.

  IMPACT...Waterspouts can easily overturn boats and create
           locally hazardous seas. Small craft could be damaged
           in briefly higher winds and suddenly higher waves.

* Locations impacted include...
  Charleston Sixty, Joe Shuford Reef, Charleston Nearshore Reef, 
  Capers Reef, Air Force Reef, Charleston Coastal Anglers, 
  Rattlesnake Shoal, Charleston Harbor Entrance, Capers Island Buoy 
  and Bull Breakers.
