* Until 545 PM EDT.

* At 450 PM EDT, a severe thunderstorm was located over Block Island
  Sound, moving southeast at 20 knots.

  HAZARD...Wind gusts to nearly 50 knots and large hail.

  SOURCE...Radar.

  IMPACT...Small craft could be damaged in briefly higher winds and 
           suddenly higher waves. Large hail could result in 
           structural damage.
