  Coastal waters from Great Egg Inlet NJ to Cape Henlopen DE out 20
  nm...

* Until 900 PM EDT.

* At 759 PM EDT, a severe thunderstorm capable of producing
  waterspouts was located near East Point, moving south at 15 knots.

  HAZARD...Waterspouts, wind gusts 34 knots or greater, and small 
           hail.

  SOURCE...Radar.

  IMPACT...Waterspouts can easily overturn boats and create locally 
           hazardous seas. Small craft could be damaged in briefly 
           higher winds and suddenly higher waves.

* Locations impacted include...
  Overfalls Shoal, Cape May Point, Buoy 2ms, Wildwood, and East
  Point.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
