* At 847 PM EST, a sudden wind shift was located 7 nm northwest of 
  Fort Smallwood Park, moving east at 35 knots.

  HAZARD...Sudden onset of wind gusts of 35 to 45 knots.

  SOURCE...Measured wind gusts over land.

  IMPACT...Boaters in small craft could be thrown overboard by 
           suddenly higher winds and waves capsizing their vessel.
