  Chesapeake Bay from Windmill Point to New Point Comfort VA...

* Until 830 PM EDT.

* At 727 PM EDT, a severe thunderstorm capable of producing
  waterspouts was located near San Marcos Wreck, moving north at 30
  knots.

  HAZARD...Waterspouts and wind gusts 34 knots or greater.

  SOURCE...Radar.

  IMPACT...Waterspouts can easily overturn boats and create locally 
           hazardous seas. Small craft could be damaged in briefly 
           higher winds and suddenly higher waves.

* Locations impacted include...
  Windmill Point, Lower Bernard Island, Nandua Pungoteague Reef,
  Crisfield, Tangier Island, Anglers Reef, Smith Point, Stingray
  Point, Onancock Inlet, Occohannock Reef, Watts Island, Longs Creek
  Inlet, San Marcos Wreck, and Northern Neck Reef.
