* Until 745 PM EDT.

* At 637 PM EDT, strong thunderstorms were located along a line
  extending from near Poquoson to near Latimer Shoal to near Anglo
  African Wreck, moving northeast at 15 knots.

  HAZARD...Wind gusts to nearly 50 knots.

  SOURCE...Radar and marine observations.

  IMPACT...Small craft could be damaged in briefly higher winds and 
           suddenly higher waves.

* Locations impacted include...
  Chesapeake Bay Bridge Tunnel, 1st Island Bay Bridge, Latimer Shoal,
  Plantation Light, Thimble Shoals, Hampton Roads Bridge Tunnel,
  Lynnhaven, Buoy 36a, Bluefish Rock, The Hump, Cabbage Patch, Little
