* At 346 AM EDT, a strong thunderstorm was located 36 nm southwest of
  Wood's Wall West Crack, moving west at 20 knots.

  HAZARD...Wind gusts 34 knots or greater.

  IMPACT...Expect wind gusts in excess of 34 knots, suddenly higher 
           waves, frequent lightning, and heavy downpours.

* The strong thunderstorm will remain over mainly open waters.
