  Waters from Lower Atchafalaya River to Intracoastal City LA from 20
  to 60 NM...

* Until 1230 AM CST.

* At 1206 AM CST, a severe thunderstorm capable of producing
  waterspouts was located over Eugene Island 184, or 35 nm southwest
  of Point Au Fer Island, moving northeast at 40 knots.

  HAZARD...Waterspouts and wind gusts 34 knots or greater.

  SOURCE...Radar.

  IMPACT...Waterspouts can easily overturn boats and create locally 
           hazardous seas. Small craft could be damaged in briefly 
           higher winds and suddenly higher waves.
