* At 713 PM EDT, a strong thunderstorm was located 9 nm west of
  Wanakah, or 20 nm northeast of Dunkirk, moving east at 45 knots.

  HAZARD...Wind gusts to 40 knots.

  IMPACT...Small craft could be damaged in briefly higher winds and 
           suddenly higher waves.
