* At 915 PM EST, showers were located along a line extending from 23
  nm northwest of Willowick to Western Vermilion, moving east at 45 
  knots. South Bass Island lighthouse reported a 42 knot wind gust 
  at 8:24 PM EST. 

  HAZARD...Wind gusts to 40 knots.

  IMPACT...Small craft could be damaged in briefly higher winds and 
           suddenly higher waves.
