* At 418 AM EDT, strong thunderstorms were located along a line
  extending from 19 nm southwest of Alpena to near Gravelly Shoals,
  moving northeast at 25 knots.

  HAZARD...Wind gusts 34 knots or greater and small hail.

  IMPACT...Small craft could be damaged in briefly higher winds and 
           suddenly higher waves.
