* At 337 AM EDT, strong thunderstorms were located along a line
  extending from 23 nm north of Point Detour to near Point Betsie,
  moving northeast at 40 knots.

  HAZARD...Wind gusts 34 knots or greater.

  IMPACT...Small craft could be damaged in briefly higher winds and 
           suddenly higher waves.
