* At 230 PM EDT, a strong thunderstorm was located just offshore of 
  the White Lake Pier Heads and Little Sable Point, moving east at 
  45 knots.

  HAZARD...Wind gusts to nearly 50 knots.

  IMPACT...Small craft could be damaged in briefly higher winds and 
           suddenly higher waves.
