* Special Marine Warning for...
  Lake Ontario from Southwick Beach to the Saint Lawrence River...

* Until 945 PM EDT.

* At 901 PM EDT, a severe thunderstorm was located 15 nm southwest of
  Stony Point, or 16 nm north of Oswego, moving northeast at 45
  knots.

  HAZARD...Wind gusts to nearly 50 knots and large hail.

  SOURCE...Radar.

  IMPACT...Small craft could be damaged in briefly higher winds and 
           suddenly higher waves. Large hail could result in 
           structural damage.

* Locations impacted include...
  Pillar Point, Tibbets Point, Black River Bay, Sackets Harbor,
  Henderson Harbor, St. Lawrence River, Westcott Beach, Chaumont Bay,
  Cape Vincent, and Stony Point.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Frequent lightning is occurring with this storm. If caught on the
open water stay below deck if possible, keep away from ungrounded
metal objects.
