  East Entrance U.S. Waters Strait Of Juan De Fuca...
  Northern Inland Waters Including The San Juan Islands...

* Until 1130 PM PDT.

* At 1023 PM PDT, strong thunderstorms were located along a line
  extending from 22 nm northeast of Oak Harbor to 25 nm north of Port
  Angeles, moving north at 35 knots.

  HAZARD...Wind gusts 34 knots or greater.

  SOURCE...Radar.

  IMPACT...Small craft could be damaged in briefly higher winds and 
           suddenly higher waves.

* Locations impacted include...
  Oak Harbor and Birch Bay.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Move to safe harbor until hazardous weather passes.

Frequent lightning is occurring with these storms. If caught on the
open water stay below deck if possible, keep away from ungrounded
