...WINDS HAVE PEAKED IN ANCHORAGE AND WILL STEADILY DIMINISH THIS
MORNING...

Winds have peaked in Anchorage and qill quickly lighten up for
most of the area this morning. Winds will linger a bit longer 
right along Knik Arm. Those heading north up the Glenn Highway to 
the Matanuska Valley will encounter stronger winds and areas of 
blowing and drifting snow as you reach the Palmer Hay Flats.
