...RISING SNOW LEVELS ALONG THE SEWARD HIGHWAY THROUGH 
SATURDAY...

A front will move into the eastern Kenai Peninsula today, 
bringing easterly winds, warmer temperatures and areas of rain and
snow to the Seward Highway from Girdwood south to Seward. After 
the Halloween storm, many sections of the road are snow covered, 
which may yield difficult driving conditions as snow levels rise 
to 1000 to 1500 ft today. A mixture of slush, ice and compacted 
snow may develop and change quickly along the highway. Exercise 
caution while traveling.
