...A STRONG THUNDERSTORM WILL IMPACT NORTHWESTERN TUSCALOOSA COUNTY
THROUGH 200 PM CDT...

At 126 PM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm over
Samantha, or 14 miles north of Northport. This thunderstorm was
nearly stationary.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph and pea size hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around 
         unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is 
         possible.

Locations impacted include...
Bankhead Lock And Dam, Samantha, Binion Creek Landing, Tierce Pattton
Bridge, Whitson, Lake Tuscaloosa, Wiley, Highway 69 Bridge, Windham
Springs, and Lake Nicol.
