...A STRONG THUNDERSTORM WILL IMPACT PETRIFIED NAT'L PARK THROUGH 
1215 PM MST...

At 1151 AM MST, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm near
Petrified Forest National Park, or 50 miles west of Zuni Pueblo,
moving north at 25 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 50 mph and half inch hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around 
         unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is 
         possible.

Locations impacted include...
Petrified Forest National Wilderness Area, Pinta, Petrified Forest
N.P. Headquarters, and Petrified Forest National Park.

This includes Interstate 40 between mile markers 309 and 325.
