...SCATTERED GENERAL THUNDERSTORMS EXPECTED ACROSS HIGHER ELEVATIONS 
OF GILA...MARICOPA AND PINAL COUNTIES REST OF THIS AFTERNOON...

At 336 PM MST, radar indicated overall weak thunderstorms were 
located along a line extending from 9 miles northeast of Christmas 
to near Jakes Corner. Movement was west at 10 mph.

Winds in excess of 35 mph will be possible along with 
localized rainfall amounts in excess of one half inch.

Locations impacted include...
Globe, Superior, Hayden, Christmas, Sugarloaf Mountain, Sycamore
Creek, Ballantine Trailhead, Roosevelt, Round Valley, Sunflower,
Miami, Roosevelt Dam, Top-Of-The-World, Canyon Lake, Central
Heights-Midland City, Tonto National Monument, Four Peaks, Camp
Creek, Apache Lake, and Boyce Thompson Arboretum.

This includes the following highways...
US Highway 60 between mile markers 223 and 256.
AZ Route 87 between mile markers 199 and 229.
AZ Route 70 between mile markers 253 and 258.
