...A STRONG THUNDERSTORM WILL IMPACT SOUTH CENTRAL KERN COUNTY
THROUGH 345 PM PDT...

At 315 PM PDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm 15
miles southeast of Mettler, or 33 miles north of Fillmore, moving
northeast at 45 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 50 mph and pea size hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around 
         unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is 
         possible. Heavy rainfall could lead to nuisance flooding. 

Locations impacted include...
Frazier Park, Interstate 5 over the Grapevine, Lebec, and Lake Of The
Woods.
