...A STRONG THUNDERSTORM WILL IMPACT NORTH CENTRAL KERN COUNTY
THROUGH 430 PM PDT...

At 359 PM PDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm 9
miles south of Bodfish, or 29 miles east of Bakersfield, moving
northwest at 20 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph and pea size hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around 
         unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is 
         possible.

Locations impacted include...
Bodfish, Lake Isabella, Democrat, and Breckenridge Mtn.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
