...A STRONG THUNDERSTORM WILL IMPACT SOUTHWESTERN TWIN FALLS COUNTY
THROUGH 930 PM MDT...

At 851 PM MDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm near
Salmon Falls Dam, or 22 miles north of Jackpot, moving northeast at
35 mph.

HAZARD...Penny size hail and wind gusts up to 35 mph.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Minor damage to outdoor objects is possible.

Locations impacted include...
Filer, Hollister, Magic Valley Regional Airport, Cedar Creek
Reservoir, Salmon Falls Dam, and northern Salmon Falls Reservoir.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building. 

Torrential rainfall is also occurring with this storm and may lead to
