At 1257 AM MDT/157 AM CDT/, Doppler radar was tracking showers and 
thunderstorms along a line extending from 10 miles southwest of St.
Francis to 6 miles southeast of Goodland to near Wallace to 9 miles
northeast of Tribune to 16 miles north of Syracuse. Movement was
northeast at 40 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 55 mph.

SOURCE...The airport in Burlington measured a 52 mph wind gust at 
         1218 AM MDT. The airport in Goodland measured a 49 mph wind 
         gust at 1254 AM MDT.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around 
         unsecured objects.

Strong thunderstorms will be near...
  Goodland and Wallace around 100 AM MDT.
  St. Francis around 210 AM CDT.
  Brewster around 215 AM CDT.

Other locations in the path of these storms include Leoti and Bird
City.

This includes Interstate 70 in Kansas between mile markers 15 and 48.
