...A STRONG THUNDERSTORM WILL IMPACT NORTHWESTERN LYON COUNTY THROUGH
600 PM CST...

At 534 PM CST, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm 8
miles west of Olpe, moving northeast at 40 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 50 mph and pea size hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down small tree limbs and blow 
         around unsecured objects. Minor damage to vegetation is 
         possible.

Locations impacted include...
Emporia, Americus, Allen, Admire, and Bushong.

This includes the following highways...
 Interstate 35 between mile markers 128 and 135.
 Kansas Turnpike between mile markers 116 and 145.
