Clearing skies, damp ground, and light winds have led to the 
development of patchy dense fog. 

Motorists should exercise caution if driving through patches of fog
and be prepared for rapid changes in visibility over short 
distances. Slow down, increase following distance, and use low 
beam headlights in foggy areas.
