...Patchy to Areas of Frost Late Tonight...

Dry air, clear skies, and light winds will allow air temperatures
to cool quickly into the mid and upper 30s late tonight. Patchy 
frost is expected in sheltered hollows and low-lying open 
countryside away from rivers and other bodies of water. More 
extensive areas of frost are expected in the high elevation 
hollows near the Virginia-Kentucky border and in rural 
agricultural areas of Morgan, Magoffin, Johnson and Elliott 
counties where temperatures could approach freezing.

The frost may result in damage to tender vegetation if not 
covered or brought indoors.
