CENTRAL LA SALLE...SOUTHEASTERN JACKSON AND EASTERN WINN PARISHES 
UNTIL 145 PM CST...

At 100 PM CST, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm 5 
miles southeast of Winnfield, moving northeast at 30 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around 
unsecured objects.

Locations impacted include...
  Winnfield, Olla, Urania, Sikes, Hudson, Joyce, Standard, 
  Burlington, Kelly and Spaulding.
