...A STRONG THUNDERSTORM WILL IMPACT CENTRAL LUCE...NORTHEASTERN
SCHOOLCRAFT AND NORTHEASTERN ALGER COUNTIES THROUGH 1145 PM EDT...

At 1120 PM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm 7
miles northwest of Seney, or 16 miles southeast of Pictured Rocks
National Lakeshore, moving northeast at 65 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph and half inch hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around 
         unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is 
         possible.

Locations impacted include...
Muskallonge State Park, Snyder Lake, Pine Stump Junction, Nawakwa
Lake, and Deer Park.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building. 

Persons in campgrounds should consider seeking sturdy shelter until
this storm passes.
