...Areas of Dense Fog along and north of the Toll Road...

Motorists are likely to encounter areas of fog for the morning
commute, especially along and north of the Toll Road. 
Visibilities as low as one quarter mile or less may occur at 
times. Use your low beam headlights and exercise caution at 
intersections.
