THROUGH 745 PM CDT...

At 607 PM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking an area of thunderstorms 
capable of producing a landspout along a line extending from 
Artichoke to near Twin Brooks to Tinkertown to 7 miles west of 
Carpenter. As new storms develop along a boundary moving to the 
southeast at 35 mph, there may be brief landspout tornadoes that 
develop. 

HAZARD...Landspouts, wind gusts of 50 to 55 mph, and nickel size 
         hail. 

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Minor damage to outdoor objects is possible. Gusty winds 
         could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured 
         objects.

Watertown, Milbank, Ortonville, Clear Lake, Clark, Estelline,
Castlewood, Goose Lake, Lake Poinsett, Big Stone City, Bryant,
Clinton, Hayti, Florence, Lake Norden, Rauville, Henry, Willow Lake,
Gary, and South Shore.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building. 

A Severe Thunderstorm Watch remains in effect until 700 PM CDT for
west central Minnesota...and northeastern South Dakota.
