...STRONG WINDS TO IMPACT THE CRYSTAL COAST AND NEUSE RIVER
VICINITY OVERNIGHT...

A strong cold front will bring rapidly strengthening wind gusts 
of 40 to 45 mph out of the northwest as it quickly sweeps through
the area over the next few hours. The most likely time for these
strong winds to occur will be between 1 AM and 3 AM.

Loose outdoor objects may be blown about, and a few downed trees 
with localized power outages are possible.
