...PATCHY DENSE FOG OVER PARTS OF SOUTHWEST AND CENTRAL NORTH
DAKOTA...

Fog has developed over parts of southwest and central North
Dakota, which has become occasionally dense with visibility of a
quarter mile or less. Areas possibly affected by this fog include
Hettinger, Mott, Glen Ullin, Elgin, Dickinson, Killdeer, Beulah, 
Hazen, Washburn, and Garrison. If traveling in these areas, be 
prepared for the possibility of rapidly deteriorating visibility.
Use extra caution at railroad crossings and intersections. The 
fog should dissipate around mid-morning.
