SOUTHERN SIOUX AND EAST CENTRAL GOSHEN COUNTIES...

At 526 PM MST...An area of heavy snow was affecting portions of
northwestern Scotts Bluff...southern Sioux and eastern Goshen
Counties. Periods of heavy snowfall will persist through 600 PM MST.

HAZARD...Winds in excess of 25 mph and visibilities less than one 
         half mile.

IMPACT...Hazardous travel conditions due to slick roads and low 
         visibilities.

Locations impacted include...
Morrill, Torrington Municipal Airport, Henry, Lyman, and Torrington.
