...A STRONG THUNDERSTORM WILL IMPACT SOUTH CENTRAL CHURCHILL COUNTY
THROUGH 415 PM PDT...

At 351 PM PDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm 17
miles west of Middlegate, or 27 miles southeast of Fallon, moving
northeast at 20 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 50 mph and pea size hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around 
         unsecured objects. Heavy rainfall may lead to minor 
         flooding and brief visiblity reductions on US 50.

Locations impacted include...
Junction U.S 50 And Nv 121 (Dixie Valley Rd), Frenchman, Junction U.S
50 And NV 839, Fairview Peak, and Sand Mountain Campground.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building. 

Torrential rainfall is also occurring with this storm and may lead to
localized flooding. Do not drive your vehicle through flooded
roadways.
