Noble, north central Logan, northwestern Payne and southeastern
Garfield Counties through 730 AM CST...

At 657 AM CST, Doppler radar was tracking strong thunderstorms along
a line extending from 4 miles west of Orlando to 6 miles west of
Langston. Movement was northeast at 50 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts of 40 mph.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around 
         unsecured objects.
