...Strong wind gusts will impact portions of Kay and central Noble 
Counties through 245 PM CST...

At 217 PM CST, Doppler radar was tracking showers producing strong 
wind gusts along a line extending from 4 miles southeast of Braman 
to 3 miles south of Perry. Movement was north at 60 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 50 mph.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around 
         unsecured objects.

Ponca City, Blackwell, Perry, Tonkawa, Newkirk, Kaw City, Red Rock,
