of Comanche, Grady, Caddo, Cotton, Kiowa, Tillman
and Wichita Counties through 400 AM CST...

At 319 AM CST, strong and gusty easterly winds were 
occurring beneath dissipating showers.

HAZARD...Wind gusts of 50 to 55 mph.

SOURCE...Radar and surface observation indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around 
         unsecured objects.

Locations impacted include...
Lawton, Chickasha, Anadarko, Frederick, Cache, Elgin, Carnegie,
Apache, Geronimo, Fletcher, Cyril, Grandfield, Sterling, Fort Cobb,
Verden, Cement, Chattanooga, Medicine Park, Indiahoma, and Davidson.
