...A STRONG THUNDERSTORM WILL IMPACT SOUTHWESTERN CLATSOP AND
NORTHERN TILLAMOOK COUNTIES THROUGH 1000 AM PST...

At 930 AM PST, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm near
Cannon Beach, moving northeast at 45 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph and penny size hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around 
         unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is 
         possible.

Locations impacted include...
Seaside, Cannon Beach, Gearhart, and Olney.

This includes the following highways in Oregon...
 U.S. Highway 26 west of Portland between mile markers 1 and 9.
 U.S. Highway 101 between mile markers 13 and 40.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
