...A STRONG THUNDERSTORM WILL IMPACT NORTHEASTERN HOOD RIVER COUNTY
THROUGH 700 PM PDT...

At 630 PM PDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm near
Parkdale, or 16 miles northeast of Government Camp, moving north at
25 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph and half inch hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around 
         unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is 
         possible.

Locations impacted include...
Parkdale, Odell, and Dee.

In Oregon this includes State Highway 35 between mile markers 71 and
96.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building. 

A Severe Thunderstorm Watch remains in effect until 900 PM PDT for
