...A STRONG THUNDERSTORM WILL IMPACT SOUTHEASTERN LINN AND NORTHERN
LANE COUNTIES THROUGH 430 PM PDT...

At 406 PM PDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm near
Blue River, or 22 miles southeast of Sweet Home, moving north at 40
mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 50 mph and half inch hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around 
         unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is 
         possible.

Locations impacted include...
Cascadia, Tombstone Summit, and Upper Soda.

In Oregon this includes U.S. Highway 20 east of Albany between mile
markers 41 and 65.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building. 

A Severe Thunderstorm Watch remains in effect until 900 PM PDT for
western and northwestern Oregon.
