...A STRONG THUNDERSTORM WILL IMPACT NORTHERN CHEROKEE AND
SOUTHEASTERN MONROE COUNTIES THROUGH 130 AM EDT...

At 1254 AM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm 16
miles east of Etowah, or 16 miles southeast of Madisonville, moving
east at 40 mph.

HAZARD...Winds in excess of 30 mph and half inch hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around 
         unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is 
         possible.

Locations impacted include...
Andrews, Tellico Plains, Topton, Coker Creek, Marble, and Unaka.
