...A STRONG THUNDERSTORM WILL IMPACT WEST CENTRAL MITCHELL AND
EASTERN HOWARD COUNTIES THROUGH 445 PM CDT...

At 402 PM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm over
Big Spring, moving east at 25 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts of 50 to 55 mph and half inch hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around 
         unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is 
         possible.

Locations impacted include...
Big Spring, Coahoma, Sand Springs, Big Spring Country Club, Vincent,
and Big Spring McMahon-Wrinkle Airpark.

This includes Interstate 20 between mile markers 175 and 201.
 
PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building. 

Torrential rainfall is also occurring with this storm and may lead to
localized flooding. Do not drive your vehicle through flooded
roadways.
