...STRONG THUNDERSTORM WINDS WILL IMPACT NORTHEASTERN 
PECOS...GLASSCOCK... ECTOR...NORTHEASTERN WARD...MIDLAND... 
REAGAN...CRANE AND UPTON COUNTIES THROUGH 1130 PM CDT...

At 1044 PM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking strong thunderstorm winds 
along and behind a line extending from 15 miles south of Odessa to 
23 miles north of Rankin to 21 miles southeast of Garden City. 
Movement was south at 35 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts of 50 to 55 mph.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around 
         unsecured objects.

Locations impacted include...
Midland, Odessa, Crane, Big Lake, McCamey, Rankin, Greenwood, Garden
City, Goldsmith, Midland International Air and Space Port, West
Odessa, Reagan County Airport, Cotton Flat, Upton County Airport,
Midland Airpark, Penwell, Saint Lawrence, Best, Stiles, and Midkiff.

This includes Interstate 20 between mile markers 89 and 148.
