...Strong thunderstorms will impact portions of southern Hunt,
Hopkins, Rains and southwestern Delta Counties through 300 PM CDT...

At 212 PM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking strong thunderstorms along
a line extending from 10 miles northeast of Sulphur Springs to near
Quinlan. Movement was east at 40 mph.

HAZARD...Winds in excess of 40 mph.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around 
         unsecured objects.

These storms will remain over mainly rural areas of southern Hunt,
Hopkins, Rains and southwestern Delta Counties, including the
following locations... Martin Springs, Weaver, Tira, New Birthright,
Ridgeway, Cash, Pine Forest, Union Valley, Lone Oak, and Flora.

This includes Interstate 30 between mile markers 100 and 142.
 
PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building. 

Torrential rainfall is also occurring with these storms and may lead
to localized flooding. Do not drive your vehicle through flooded
roadways.
